"I genuinely hope the owner sees this and takes our feedback to heart for improvement. Let me start on a positive note: the food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. I ordered the curry goat, and I loved the delightful kick it had; it was expertly seasoned, and I really enjoyed the accompanying cabbage as well. My partner chose the oxtail, which was equally scrumptious, boasting a rich flavor profile that also had a nice spicy undertone. However, I must address some concerns that really affected our dining experience. First and foremost, I've never gone to a West Indian restaurant that doesn't serve plantains alongside the main dish. It seems almost absurd; everyone knows that plantains truly elevate the entire meal! The biggest disappointment, however, came when I took my first bite and encountered a large piece of plastic in my food. This was honestly shocking and unacceptable; I will be adding a photo to illustrate this issue. As for the atmosphere, it could use some adjustment--specifically, the volume of the music. It was overwhelmingly loud, making it difficult to order. The restaurant's setup itself was nice, but the noise level detracted from the overall experience. Finally, regarding the service, I recommend not having a soft-spoken person at the front, especially when the music is blasting like trumpets. It made it challenging to hear and understand the orders. Additionally, it might be beneficial for staff to write down orders, particularly if the young lady at the counter struggles to remember who ordered what, as this could enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction."

"We ordered here a few times during our stay in Atlanta. My husband is Jamaican and actually loved the food. I think the food was OK. The first plate I ordered was jerk chicken. They did remember to add jerk gravy/sauce but as you can see in this pic there is no gravy so the food was dry. I also ordered oxtail and it was really good. Inside can really use a deep deep cleaning. The vents are black, not sure it dust or mold but they really need to address it. Would I eat here again, yes but with specific instructions on how to prepare my food."

"I love going to this restaurant because I'm never disappointed with my food. The food is really good and the staff is friendly and inviting. There is usually a little wait for your food, especially when it's done to order. It is one of the best Jamaican restaurants available."

"I have been in the USA for 20 years and I've NEVER had Jamaican food that was this delicious. The fry chicken, jerk chicken, stew peas, pudding and fruit cake were delicious. I even purchased Jamaican snacks. Big up yourself chef! The lady who took my order was very friendly and had good customer service. I only gave the service 4 stars because they were not accepting cards. It's 2025 debit/credit cards shouldn't even be a discussion. Otherwise, I had a wonderful experience. I certainly recommend this authentic Jamaican restaurant."

"I've never been here. I've never had fried chicken from a Jamaican restaurant. The customer service is outstanding. The food is amazing literally the whole plate (the cabbage, plantains, rice & peas, and fried chicken). They allow you to choose which pieces you want so of course I went with wings. The portions are really good not too small or too large. My plate came with 4 chicken wings. You all definitely gained me as a customer. THANK YOU !! Oh yeah and it's also a market so you can purchase different groceries you may want/need."
